Design Manager at OpenTable, leading the mobile design team across iOS and Android for one of the world's leading restaurant reservation platforms.

Owned the redesign of the app's Homescreen — the highest-impact surface in the product — translating shifts in user behaviour into a more intuitive, conversion-optimised experience. Decisions were validated through A/B testing and iterated in close collaboration with product and engineering.

Shipped a series of high-profile features including Wait in Line, Table Categories, and Ticketed Events — each requiring rigorous UX scoping, cross-functional alignment, and careful attention to edge cases across a large, diverse user base.

Explored new business territory by prototyping a Delivery experience, helping the team evaluate product-market fit before committing to development. Concurrently led the development of a unified Design System to improve consistency and design velocity across the mobile organisation.
