Designed the mobile app experience for Yahoo! Local — a contextual content platform delivering local news, weather, events, and cinema listings tailored to the user's location.

The work focused on translating a web-native information product into a mobile-first experience at a time when smartphone UX conventions were still being established. Key design decisions centred on progressive disclosure of local content, clear information hierarchy across different content types, and ensuring relevance at the neighbourhood level — not just the city.
